  • The packages include participation in online group sophrology sessions (each lasting 60 minutes).
  • Sessions are held according to the schedule provided on the website.

2. Purchase and Payment

  • Purchasing a package implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Payment must be made in advance for the entire package before the first session.
  • After payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation.

3. Participation in Sessions

  • Registration: You will receive a session link via email 24 hours before each meeting.
  • Absence: Missed sessions cannot be made up with another group.
  • Recordings: Audio recordings of the session may be provided, limited to the guided practice only.
  • The validity of the package is specified in the description.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • By the client: Possible up to 7 days before the first session – 100% refund minus transaction fees.
  • After the cycle begins: No refunds for unused sessions.
  • By the facilitator: If a session is canceled due to technical or unforeseen reasons – proportional refund or rescheduling.

5. Technical Requirements

  • The client must ensure access to the internet and a device with a microphone.
  • A camera is required to properly adjust the rhythm of the sessions.
  • Sessions are conducted via Zoom – participants receive a link to join.
  • Technical issues on the client’s side do not qualify for a refund.

6. Confidentiality and Recordings

  • Sessions may be recorded solely to provide audio recordings to participants.
  • Participants are prohibited from recording sessions.
  • Confidentiality is mandatory – no information about other participants will be shared.

7. Schedule Changes

  • The organizer reserves the right to change session dates due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, etc.).
  • In case of a date change, the client may receive a refund equivalent to the value of that single session.

8. Responsibility

  • Participation in sessions is voluntary and at your own risk.
  • Sophrology techniques do not replace medical treatment or psychological or other therapy.
  • In case of health concerns, it is recommended to consult a doctor before beginning the practice.
