Hello,

I’m Maria, a certified Sophrology practitioner with an Advanced Practitioner Diploma from the Sophrology Academy. I’m passionate about helping people connect with their inner strength and perform at their best.


My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offering a safe and nurturing space to explore practical tools that bring more balance, resilience, and harmony into your life. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that aligns with your values and feels authentic to you—building a sense of wellbeing that is not only achievable but sustainable.


As the first and currently only certified Sophrology practitioner in Poland, I’m proud to offer sessions in both Polish and English to suit your needs. Whether you’re seeking to reduce stress, improve focus, or prepare for a significant life event, I’m here to be your guide and companion as you discover what works for you, at your own pace.

  • Courses (6-10 weeks) – weekly meetings for those who want to deepen their practice and incorporate Sophrology into everyday life.
  • Engage at your own pace – share your experiences with the group only if, and when it feels comfortable for you.
