I’m Maria, a certified Sophrology practitioner with an Advanced Practitioner Diploma from the Sophrology Academy. I’m passionate about helping people connect with their inner strength and perform at their best.
My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offering a safe and nurturing space to explore practical tools that bring more balance, resilience, and harmony into your life. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that aligns with your values and feels authentic to you—building a sense of wellbeing that is not only achievable but sustainable.
As the first and currently only certified Sophrology practitioner in Poland, I’m proud to offer sessions in both Polish and English to suit your needs.
