General Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The packages include participation in online group sophrology sessions (each lasting 60 minutes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions are held according to the schedule provided on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Purchase and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purchasing a package implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment must be made in advance for the entire package before the first session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Participation in Sessions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration: You will receive a session link via email 24 hours before each meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absence: Missed sessions cannot be made up with another group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recordings: Audio recordings of the session may be provided, limited to the guided practice only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The validity of the package is specified in the description.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellation and Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By the client: Possible up to 7 days before the first session \u2013 100% refund minus transaction fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the cycle begins: No refunds for unused sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By the facilitator: If a session is canceled due to technical or unforeseen reasons \u2013 proportional refund or rescheduling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Technical Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The client must ensure access to the internet and a device with a microphone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A camera is required to properly adjust the rhythm of the sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions are conducted via Zoom \u2013 participants receive a link to join.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical issues on the client\u2019s side do not qualify for a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Confidentiality and Recordings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sessions may be recorded solely to provide audio recordings to participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants are prohibited from recording sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confidentiality is mandatory \u2013 no information about other participants will be shared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Schedule Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The organizer reserves the right to change session dates due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of a date change, the client may receive a refund equivalent to the value of that single session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in sessions is voluntary and at your own risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sophrology techniques do not replace medical treatment or psychological or other therapy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of health concerns, it is recommended to consult a doctor before beginning the practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
